Knife - Kotarou was given this item to him whenever he was in Guardian. It's basic hunting knife.
Sakuya's Bandages - In Chihaya's route, Kotarou is given these for a special protection barrier. If Kotarou wear these around his arm, then they will protect him from damage. But the bandages won't protect other areas around Kotarou's body as long as he doesn't have those wrapped around those places. (This protects him from poisons as well as seen in Lucia route)
Pistol - Good ol' gun weapon from Guardian. (09/2/2012) - (Service) Weapon Modification - Magic Reload (7 PT) Kotarou can channel his light magic into his gun to fire off light bullets or laser beams now.
Glasses - For his goofy Legendary Spy 'Suzuki Bond' persona.
